Custom Painted Skulls
$150.00 - $200.00 Our alligator skulls are processed, cleaned and ready for your paint scheme by a taxidermist. This ensures, a quality product that is natural, free of smell, and painted in your favorite colors. All skulls are white and await your color order. This product is not stocked in specific colors but made to order. It will not be painted until the order with the color specifications has been received. All orders will be processed in the order received. If skulls are not available your name will be put on a waiting list and you will be notified of an expected delivery date, sometimes up to 3 months. All skulls are real and from alligators legally taken in Florida. These are not "Farm" gator skulls. The process for cleaning the skulls is lengthy and accomplished by our taxidermist using Dermestid beetles, they are then taken apart, cleaned and sanitized to rid the skulls of any bacteria and smells. This process ensures a very nice natural look and is accomplished without damage from tools. The skulls are then dried and painted with the colors of your choice and then a clear coat is added to seal the skull. The actual alligators teeth are then glued into place. You have the choice of closed mouth or the jaws can be "pinned" in the open position. Due to the customization full payment + shipping is required upon placement of your order. Note: Shipping will be variable based on size and weight, the product will be insured and also be shipped as a fragile product.
